Bread Pudding

1 loaf stale French Bread, cubed
1-quart milk
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon connamon
4 tablespoons butter
1/2-1 cup raisins, optional
1/4-1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional

Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 quart casserole sprayed with Pam. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to an hour or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Serve with either Whiskey or Lemon Sauce.
